Refund Policy: You may request a refund within 30 days from the purchase date if you have not used the license key to activate the software. Refunds are not available once the license key has been activated. Please use a trial version of the software to make sure that everything works as you need.
Upgrades: For licenses with one year of free upgrades you may upgrade to any version of your license category released within one year of your purchase. After this year you can continue using the product for as long as you like. There may be a charge to upgrade to versions released after one year of your purchase. Ultimate license includes all future product upgrades for free.
